Returns & Exchanges
Customers are able to return items within 5 days from when the order was received for a store credit. We do not offer cash refunds Please note that only the value of the goods will be credited. Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All jewellery and hats
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email including images of the item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Amulet Lifestyle, 4 Broad Street, Hermanus, 7200, Western Cape, South Africa.
Amulet Lifestyle is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. Shipping charges for returning any item(s) will be at the customer’s own cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns to store
Online purchases can be exchanged at our store location,
Amulet Lifestyle, 4 Broad Street, Hermanus, 7200, Western Cape, South Africa. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase and all items must be new, unworn and unwashed. Tag must be on item(s). No make up transfer or damage of any kind to be on item(s). Item(s) that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.
